Tickets are non-refundable but fully transferable to another person. Under Kansas law, there is no liability for an injury or death of a participant in a registered agritourism activity conducted at this registered agritourism location if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of the such agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, but shall not be limited to, the potential of you as a participant to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death and the potential of another participant to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this registered agritourism activity.
This event will take place OUTSIDE, dress for the weather including cold and rain.
A & H Farm is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
Play at your own risk. A & H Farm is not liable injuries resulting from the inherent risks of using the playground and inflatable activities, including but not limited to sprains, fractures or breaks. Event requires walking on and over uneven surfaces in the dark. Entry to the event indicates that you are participating at your own risk and will not hold A & H Farm liable in the event of injury.

On occasion we will photograph or take video of visitors for educational or promotional purposes. Entry to A & H Farm grants full permission for the use of these images.

We are committed to keeping you healthy and safe; but we cannot guarantee you will not be exposed to a communicable disease like COVID-19 during your visit with us, as there is an inherent risk of exposure in any public facility. If you have COVID-19 symptoms or feel sick, please stay home. By entering the facility, you fully acknowledge that there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19, an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death, along with other common communicable and zoonotic diseases. Further you fully accept such risks and agree to hold harmless A & H Farm, along with its owners, staff, volunteers, and any affiliates should any issue, injury, illness, or death arise for any reason to yourself, any member of your family, or any person in attendance with you.
